Southwater Village Hall Pre-School
The pre-school is run by a committee of volunteer parents who are elected at the Annual General Meeting. They oversee the documentation, finances, fund raising and the staff responsible for the daily operation of the group.
Meetings are held at regular intervals and all parents are encouraged to join the Committee or to offer ideas and support. Southwater Village Hall Pre-School has adopted the Pre-School Learning Alliance constitution (copies are available).

We need both committee members and a fund raising team
NB: If the minimum number of committee places are not filled at the AGM, the constitution states that pre-school will have to close. The quorum for a General meeting shall be 30% of families attending our pre-school at the time. If fewer attend a new meeting must be called.
